At PC-ER, we can connect remotely to your desktop computer, notebook computer, or
server. As long as you have internet connectivity, we can provide the following
services:

- Malware Removal
- Diagnose Common Computer Problems

Remote services are offered in a variety of ways. Our clients who have support
contracts automatically have access to our remote offerings. Otherwise, a remote
session can be purchased at a flat rate of $49.
