At PC-ER, we are experts at identifying and removing viruses. We have several processes we use to rid your

We remove malware through the use of several tools. We have a special "ER
Emergency Toolkit" that provides us with a platform in which to safely remove
the malicious software that has infected your system. If the malware proves to
be a bit too stubborn for our tools, we can manually go in and remove each
troublesome bit of code.
We offer a couple of different packages for you to choose from for malware
removal and computer maintenance:
- PC-ER Remedy - Our basic plan includes removing all malware from your
system using our specialized tools of up to 6 different scans and manual
removal, if necessary. We also do a physical cleaning of your system, removing
dust from the inside and outside of the system and analyze your system for other
issues. $99
- PC-ER Remedy Plus - This plan includes everything in PC-ER Remedy and also includes a reinstall
of your operating system, if required. $149
- PC-ER Remedy Health Care Plan - This plan is a two year plan that
includes three visits for PC-ER Remedy, a 10% discount on all other services and
products during the life of the plan, and priority scheduling. If you just used
the PC-ER Remedy, you save almost $100! $199
